Our team of occupational therapists are  committed to providing exceptional care by collaborating with you, your caretakers and other healthcare providers. We provide custom therapy solutions utilizing innovative technologies based on advanced research. 

Megan Oscar

Megan earned a Bachelor Degree  in  Biopsychology  in 2008 at  the  University  of  California  Santa  Barbara, and a Doctoral Degree in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy in 2017 at the University of Southern California.  She is a subject matter expert in the field of neurorehabiliation and a myofascial release practitioner. She began her clinical career at the renowned Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center working on the acquired brain injury and spinal injury services,  where she developed expertise in cutting edge neurorehabilitation practices from best in class. She continued to work with the traumatic spinal cord injured, post-op spine surgery patients, and other various neurological and orthopedic conditions at California Rehabilitation Institute. Additionally, she has worked with several homehealth and concierge medical providers to provide in-home OT to the neuro, ortho, and geriatric populations. With close to a decade of experience providing transformative care in inpatient and home health settings, she founded Beverly Hills OT to bring the highly specialized therapy of a rehab center into her client's homes. Her continuing  education  includes John F Barnes myofascial  release. rehabilitation  of  the  post  operative  spine, wheelchair seating and positioning, and  APPI pilates for rehabilitation.

Karina Fakheri

Karina Fakheri earned her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science in 2006 and her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2007 from Ithaca College. Karina has expertise in the field of neurological rehabilitation in acute, inpatient, outpatient, and private home settings. She started her career at Cedars Sinai in 2007 in inpatient rehab working with individuals following stroke, brain injury, and various neurodegenerative conditions.  She continues to work as a therapist at Cedars neurological outpatient and neuromuscular disorders clinic as well as is spearheading functional movement and wellness programs in hospital and community settings. Her areas of specialization include Neuro-Ifrah certification, Neuro-vision retraining and John F Barnes’s  for myofascial release. With over 15 years of experience,  these unique skills allow her to treat from a holistic lens addressing  physical and emotional well being. 


Catie Sertich

Catie Sertich received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Occidental College in 2016 and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at University of Southern California in 2019. She is a certified neurological specialist with extensive experience working with neuroglically involved populations including SCI, Guillain Barre, ALS, MS, and Parkinson's Disease in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and community based settings. Catie has achieved advanced practice in physical agent modalities, utilizing the power of functional electrical stimulation to jump start people's recoveries. She is also a certified aging in place specialist, which allows her to complete complex home evaluations, make home modification recommendations and connect people with the right resources to make their home as accessible and safe as possible. She is also trained in myofascial release for pain mnagement.
